Maggie’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring, bankruptcy litigation, and complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Maggie was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Before attending law school, she served as a senior cybercrime analyst at the New York County District Attorney’s Office.

  • All Year Holdings Limited, a real estate holding company that focuses on the development, acquisition, leasing, and management of residential and commercial properties, including 1,600 residential and commercial units in Brooklyn, NY with an aggregate net book value in excess of $1.17 billion, in connection with its Chapter 11 case.
  • FB Intermediate, LLC as DIP Lender in the Chapter 11 cases of FB Debt Financing Guarantor, LLC and its affiliated debtors.
  • MediaMath Holdings Inc. and its affiliates, a leading provider of digital media trading technology and services, in connection with a comprehensive, out-of-court recapitalization transaction, through which certain existing shareholders and financial stakeholders committed to invest up to $150 million through a mix of new capital and a refinancing of existing debt.
  • Sears Holdings Corporation and its affiliated debtors in their Chapter 11 cases.
  • Invesco Senior Secured Management, Inc., a global asset manager, against an Ad Hoc Group, an appliance-parts maker, and its private equity sponsor in a six-day trial in the Southern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court in a liability management dispute involving breaches of the relevant credit agreements and rightful control of the appliance-parts maker.
