Forbes highlights tax credit lawsuit brought by Glenn Agre

Glenn Agre partners Reid Skibell and Olga Fuentes-Skinner represent the limited partner of a 15-year low-income housing tax credit partnership in a lawsuit brought in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York against the partnership’s accountant, CohnReznick, a top 20 accounting firm. The allegations concern CohnReznick’s sham calculation of a key formula related to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, and CohnReznick’s failure to disclose its representation of the general partner’s affiliate in performing the calculation.
