Peter focuses on litigating and resolving complex business disputes for clients across a range of industries, including technology, cybersecurity, and financial services. He has represented international corporations, individual company executives, and, once, a sovereign nation, in high-stakes matters in federal and state courts involving contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, corporate governance disputes, trade secrets, securities, intellectual property, product liability, and other business torts and commercial matters.

Peter is involved in all stages of litigation, from drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, to managing discovery and taking cases to trial, to assisting with post-trial motions and appeals.

Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Peter was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
