Michelle’s practice focuses primarily on corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, asset sales, cross-border proceedings, and related transactions.

Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Michelle was an associate at White & Case.

  • Invesco Senior Secured Management, Inc., a global asset manager, against an Ad Hoc Group, an appliance-parts maker, and its private equity sponsor in a six-day trial in the Southern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court in a liability management dispute involving breaches of the relevant credit agreements and rightful control of the appliance-parts maker.
