Melinda Wang advises clients on a wide range of corporate and securities matters for both emerging and established businesses across industries, including fintech, blockchain technology, e-commerce, renewable energy, real estate, proptech, alternative investments, consumer goods, and entertainment. She has extensive experience working closely with companies at every stage of their lifecycles. This includes negotiating and executing M&A transactions, structuring corporate finance and commercial transactions, preparing companies for IPOs, creating risk mitigation programs, managing SEC-related matters, and serving as corporate secretary for U.S. and international entities.

Before joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Melinda founded and led her own law firm, where she acted as outside general counsel to several businesses. Previously, she was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at EVO Transportation & Energy Services, Inc. (OTC: EVOA) and Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at XL Group plc (NYSE: XL).

Melinda previously practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and London and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York, where she worked on initial public offerings, high-yield debt offerings, and M&A transactions.

With a background spanning Big Law, in-house leadership, and private practice, Melinda brings a practical, business-minded approach to advising clients on sophisticated corporate matters.
