Jason litigates domestic and international commercial disputes before state and federal courts and arbitral forum. He also represents individuals and corporations in ad hoc investigations—regulatory, pre- and post-merger, and employment investigations—and associated criminal and civil litigation.

Jason’s practice includes pro bono work on Voter ID law issues and advocacy on behalf of asylum-seekers in Convention Against Torture cases and tenants facing eviction.

Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Jason was an associate at Brown Rudnick.
