Skye is a complex commercial litigator with deep experience guiding plaintiffs and defendants alike through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to trial and appeal. She advises clients in high-stakes disputes, including those concerning complex financial products and private equity/alternative investments—which involve novel and intricate issues of law that are suited to Skye’s outside-the-box litigation style. Representing a diverse range of clients, Eddie litigates complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts concerning breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, and state and federal RICO claims. He also has substantial experience conducting investigations and litigating claims of employment misclassification, wage theft, hostile work environment, and discrimination and providing counsel and advice concerning compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws.
