Marissa Miller and Edward Shapiro recognized on Benchmark Litigation’s 2023 40 & under list

Glenn Agre partners Marissa Miller and Edward Shapiro have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2023 40 & Under list.

The annual list honors the achievements of the nation’s most accomplished litigators 40 years old and under who have worked on high stakes and precedent-setting cases. The list is compiled through a process involving peer and client review, along with examination of individual matters.

Marissa has extensive experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country, ranging from the skilled examination of witnesses to the preparation of persuasive, well-reasoned appellate briefs. This is the second consecutive year that Marissa has been recognized by Benchmark.

Eddie’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and labor and employment law. Representing a diverse range of clients, Eddie has litigated complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts concerning breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, and state and federal RICO claims.
