Glenn Agre is proud to share that it has earned 2023-2024 Mansfield Certification Plus status from Diversity Lab, a recognition of the firm’s dedication to improving diversity in firm leadership. This is the firm’s second year of achieving Mansfield Certification.

The Mansfield Certification measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered at least 30% women, underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, formal client pitch opportunities, and senior lateral positions.

The firm’s certification is the result of a rigorous, year-long process that includes data collection and reporting, accountability check-ins, and ongoing collaboration among participants through monthly knowledge sharing forums.

To achieve the firm’s Plus designation, the firm voluntarily provided data to Diversity Lab to show the progress and outcomes of its efforts to broaden talent pools and increase the visibility of its advancement processes. This transparency allows Glenn Agre and Diversity Lab to celebrate progress and to identify areas with continued opportunities for improvement.

“Glenn Agre was founded in 2021 with a deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging,” said Olga Lucia Fuentes-Skinner, co-founding partner of Glenn Agre and chair of the firm’s DEI&B initiative. “Today at Glenn Agre, 70% of our lawyers are from historically underrepresented backgrounds. Almost half of our partnership and executive committee are comprised of women and attorneys from diverse backgrounds. Achieving Mansfield Certification Plus is part of our vision of creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and firm leadership. We are proud to be part of a new generation of law firms that ‘walks the walk’ in our diversity commitments.”

Glenn Agre has committed to participate in the next certification cohort.
