Recently, Glenn Agre welcomed former Superior Court judge Burke Strunksy to its complex commercial litigation and white-collar litigation & investigations practices as special counsel. Discussing his decision to join Glenn Agre with key media outlets, Burke told Bloomberg Law that he looks forward to actively litigating because “being in the court room is why [he] became a lawyer.” The choice to join Glenn Agre was an easy one for him, Burke shared with Law360, because of the attorneys’ “tenacity and grit to perform at remarkable levels.”
Speaking with the Daily Journal, Burke addressed his return to San Francisco where he was able to connect with Glenn Agre attorneys, realizing this was “definitely a team [he] wanted to be a part of.” He also noted, “Glenn Agre’s practice is making great strides nationwide, and I look forward to reinforcing that positive momentum.”
