Eric maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on civil litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Eric was a litigation associate at Debevoise & Plimpton. 

Eric has represented:

  • A global consulting company in bankruptcy proceedings and related matters concerning disclosure practices.
  • Members of a private equity firm in an SEC investigation focused on insider trading.
  • A major financial institution in an internal investigation into employee misconduct.
  • A group of hedge funds led by Sculptor Special Master Fund, Ltd. and Apollo Capital Management X, LLC, in an action against former directors and officers of Avaya, Inc. for fraudulent misrepresentations and omissions in connection with a $350 million incremental term loan.
